KURTZ ENTERPRISES ripoff with Bank fees Internet South Carolina

I recently received my September 27, 2004 credit card statement (Capital One) of a card I haven't used in a few months that had a past due fee with interest charged in the amount of $25.37. I immediately accessed my account information on the internet, and noticed there was a charged on August 11, 2004 from "KURTZ ENTERPRISES #4 775-5518149 SC" for $14.95. I thought that my wife maybe used my card, but before asking her I did a search on Google to see what products/services this company sold, and found that others who posted on badbusinessbureau.com have also been victimized.

I immediately contacted Capital One and they were very helpful with refunding me all charges and they said they would do an "investigation". I informed them of others who posted credit card fraud from this company on badbusinessbureau.com. So beware if you see a charge for KURTZ ENTERPRISES on your credit card statement.
