Kwikshopz They state they have many companies Called order in with one company, but got signed up for this too. Did not agree San Diego, California

I ordered the Thurmond exercise program, and knew I had the 19.95 a month to pay for it. I was moving and did not have internet access from August to November. I could not figure where the little money I had in my account was going until I went online finally and there it was. A 2.95 charge, then a 130.00 charge in August and 69.95 a month after that. I went to my bank who could only dispute the last two months.

I called Kwikshopz who could not tell me what company they were, their phones do not identify them, then told me I ordered this online. I was in the middle of moving, and without any income, internet or reason to order my own website business, the person I spoke to told me they could reimburse the last charge and I would have to dispute it with my bank. I never received the reimbursement and only two months were refunded thru dispute at my bank. This company has stuck me for 130.00 plus 70.00 plus 2.95.

The sad thing is that I now have $3.12 in my account and wihout recouse against this company. I would also note, that the person on the phone from Kwikshopz that I spoke to stated the internet states the website would only cost 2.95 for 10 days...the product is supposedly sent to your e-mail...I never got or used.....and that most people don't read the small print. I did not order anything on the internet that day. I did order giving all the information by phone to a representative of the Thurmond exercise program. Go figure. Heartless people.
