Kyle Roach $14000 behind in child support, deadbeat dad San Angelo, Texas

Kyle Roach is the epitome of a deadbeat dad.  In almost three years he has yet to make a voluntary payment.  Anything I have received has been a garnishment DHS managed to get before he changed jobs yet again, or a tax intercept.  In fact, I received his tax return from 2008 and he lied to the IRS and did not turn in all his W-2's.  Since I received his refund, I received the overpayment and this past year they kept my tax return to repay his screw-up.  We have been divorced almost three years and he has not seen the kids in 2 years.  He does not call them or send birthday or Christmas presents.  He does not pay medical expenses and I have had to sue for reimbursement on everything, including braces for my son.  He stole my mother's trailer.  He beat me in front of the children.  He is currently $14000 behind in child support and getting even further behind each month.  He makes excuses like the mail doesn't run in San Angelo on rodeo days so it didn't reach DHS.  His dad was supposed to mail it and didn't.  DHS messed up the employer information.  (But he has given bogus information for the past six months to delay).  I am tired of him getting away with this again and again and laughing about it.  It is so frustrating and he needs to be held accountable.
