I saw the Kymaro Body Shaper demonstrated on TV and then on their website.  On those women, the product produced lost inches around the waist and hips immediately, as well as a smoothing out of any bulge or roll of fat on torso.  The claim was made that you would look 10-20 pounds lighter by wearing this undergarment.  The women in the ads did have these results that they were promising all viewers.

I went to the website and looked it all over carefully and made my order. Before your order would go through you had to check that you had read their return policy and would abide by it.  I didn't like the fact that they made you pay high postage to receive the free gifts of extra undergarments, but since they did such a remarkable job on the women in the videos, I took the plunge and ordered online.  I expected results from my $89.70 order!

The product was ordered in my correct size according to their own charts.  However, upon trying the garment on when it arrived at my home, I found that it did not change my waist or my hip measurements by even a fraction of an inch--let alone the 4-5 inches women claimed as they demonstrated the garments.  It was a complete fraud--didn't work at all!

I contacted Kymaro within a couple of days and talked to them about returning everything because it didn't do what it promised, and I got the run-around about how I had agreed to everything and now I couldn't do anything about the 4 free gifts that I paid postage of $9.95  each for, even though  I couldn't use them at all.  I pointed out that a policy that doesn't acknowledge a refund when product doesn't live up to the claims is really fraud--even if I was forced to say I agreed to the policy in order to even try the product.

I have returned the two body shapers that I purchased with a signature confirmation of delivery and am waiting to see if they refund $59.90 that I am entitled to with their policy. I have to wait for that refund and I'll be keeping track.

The rip off is that they sell a product that doesn't work as they portray it, and they keep the extra money that they make you pay to receive the "free" additional garments that you assume you will get value for.  I want all my money back on the basis of fraud!  Kymaro owes me $89.70 total.  I have purchased many times online and have never run into such a dishonest company!
