L' etoile skin care Numerous other skin care product names. Rip-off they will charge you $$ for your "Free trial" Internet

If you ordered L'etoile or any other of their beauty products online Please return them as soon as they arrive. Their 14 day "Free Trial" starts the day you order the product. If you don't return it, you will be charged $73.00 or more for each of your trial bottles, and they will ship more automaticlly each month. I sent mine back they day it arrived, priority mail w/signature conformation, to avoid these charges. When I called the customer service number to cancel, I waited just short of a hour for someone to answer, when they fianally answered, they tried to get me to keep the products which I told them had already been mailed back. then they tried to impose a $9.95 "retension fee" for each of the two products ordered.

I told them that a retension fee was not stated in there fine print, and they had no right to charge me a fee, and the products I ordered were already shipped unopened/unused w/ tracking & signature. The service rep. then fianally conceded in cancelling the order without charging me an additional $9.95 per product returned. This company makes it extremely hard to reach and cancel. They will charge you if you don't return the product in the 14 days and you will be left begging your credit card company to help you. I hope this helps someone else to avoid getting fleeced thru this scam. This company sells many products under many names-Just don't fall for these "free trial" offers. At least all I am out is the shipping & return fee's which is cheap compared to the thousands being charged over $70. per bottle for their free trial.
