L. J. Ross Associates Degrading, Deceitful, Cunning Rip Off Artist Company Jackson Michigan

I receive shut-off notices from the Detroit Edison for my lights. Well as of December 23, 2016 we were able to find another place to live, since we were in a fire previously.  I made payment arrangement with Detroit, Edison so that I could receive services I made a down payment. I was put on a payment plan, I was told that every bit that I pay 50.00 dollars ot the money will go toward my old bill and 150.00 will go toward the payment budget I was on. My old bill was 870.00 well I made a down payment of 80.00 dollars to get on the budget plan. Now the bill is 790.00 today 1/22/2017 I will be making a pymt of 217.00 and 50.00 dollars of that money will go to the old bill. LJ Ross call me on the telephone and told me that I have a bill of 870.00 and I need to pay it or I am going to be reported to credit bureau. Well i informed them how my payments are being paid to Edison and I can not pay them if I am paying Edison, they informed me that i have to pay both of them. I let them know that 50.00 dollars is going toward my old bill, which means that the bill is being lowered they told me I can't pay Edison i have to pay them. I called Edison and they told me that they cleared up the situation for me and that the company knows that I have made payment arrangements with them. L.R. Ross is still trying to get my money and they put the amount of 870.00 on my credit report. No I have to figure out if I can sue them or not, because this is now considered wrong. I am Asthmatic I am on disability/Oxygen and I still make my payments.
