I am only writing this because I noticed that after I ACCURATLY left them a negative feedback to warn consumers of my experience, I decided to give them another chance and buy another product from them, and I'll explain why. But why I am writing this is because after I left them a negative review, I found that I was blocked from purchasing from them again. Now, I have done the same thing to certain buyers who were unreasonable, or scammed me, but never to a legitimate response to a negative experience. And although it is their right to do so, I feel thjat because my experience was FULLY their own fault, and that they deserved the negative feedback to warn others in this case.
My initial purchase was a Used Macbook Pro LCD assembly. I have bought MANY before not only from L2, but also many other sellers on eBay. But this time was not a good experience. They had it listed as "95% New Macbook LCD Assembly. I looked closely at the pictures they had with the listing, even zooming in and looking at, specifically, the corners to make sure there were no dents or dings. I saw 2 small scuffe in 2 different areas that I decided I could live with. So after reviewing the part, I took "95%" new to mean "Grade A- or B+".
Well, The part arrives, and the box is in mint condition. No dents or anything. In fact, they packaged it awesome. So I open it, remove all of the bubble packaging, and the first thing I see is that there is a HUGE dent in the upper left corner. Now, most sellers will try to pawn this off on shipping. But there was no way. So I compared it to the one in my listeng. And although it DID have some scuffs on the back, they were not in the same spots as the one that I bought. This was CLEARLY not the same LCD that I bought. So I contacted them and let them know that this is unnacceptable, and that my client was very upset. I asked them to overnight another one to me. They didn't respond for over 2 days.So I had to order the part from another seller.
To their credit, they did refund me promptly. But I did warn them that I was going to have to write a negative review of my experience.
Don't get so big that you stop caring about the quality of work that you are producing to your customers. This really created a headache for me becasue the customer was not happy.
