L66 Vital Health Systems - PureAcaiBerry Charged my credit card for $79.76 for bottle did not want... no return information or invoice Orem Utah

I received an email offering a FREE trial bottle of PureAcaiBerry suppliments. I called the phone number that was given at that time (was not the same number given now on website.) They asked for a credit card # to bill the shipping to.

I was told that within a few weeks I would receive a full bottle of this product. If I wanted to cancel after the trail bottle (just 10 pills) I could. I was going to CANCEL...but unable to call on the number given. I was billed $4.87 shipping on 9/25/08 I received the pills quickly within the week.

I was then billed $79.76 that I had NOT consented to on 10/6/08. I tried to find this website and could not pull it up. Could not get anyone in person on the phone...only a recording to go to this : gohelpnow.com

I was to put in my credit card number AGAIN...did not want to. I am afraid I will be billed again on the 6th for this $79.76 On the internet I see alot of other people having the same problem. I have only a PO BOX ADDRESS TO RETURN THE PRODUCT TO.

I do not think I will be able to get a CONFIRMATION NUMBER ON THIS...believe I need a regular address and not a Post Office Box. The company has apparently changed names and info several times even this past month. They have on there updated statement sheet dated oct 15, 2008 that they have the right to cancel, move or change information for contacting etc.

NEED TO GET THIS GUY OR PEOPLE that have this scam going. I do not want to cancel my debit/credit card. Will mail this product back tomorrow and see then what happens.
