L.A. Boxing Fullerton, Inc. L.A. Boxing is dishonest and is a rip-off Fullerton California

My son entered into a 2 year contract with LA Boxing. Six months from the end of the contract, he left for an oversees study abroad program. I, as his Power of Attorney, contacted ASF which handles billing for LA Boxing requesting to terminate my son's contract. I was referred to talk to LA Boxing. I spoke to a female employee who is no longer there. She said the only thing she could do for me was to freeze my son's account for 6 months. She did not give me an option to early terminate the contract, although my son was qualify to do so under the terms and condition of the contract.
On 2/26/09, I received a notice from ASF about an overdue payment of $60 for Feb. I contacted L.A. Boxing and spoke to the manager and his supervisor numerous times seeking early termination. I was willing to pay the required fee of $50. However, each time I spoke to them, the fees got bigger and bigger. On March 16, 2009 I received another notice from ASF dated 3/12 asking for a payment of $360.93 and threatened to take collection actions. How the payment increased from $60 on Feb. 22 to $360.93 in just two weeks is beyond me. Furthermore, L.A. Boxing refused to fax or email a termination request to me, demandig that I must go to Fullerton to complete the form personally. I live and work in L.A. This is just making it difficult for me to terminate the contract. The other complainer is correct, L.A. Boxing is a rip-off and the fees go up and up, making it impossible for anyone to get out.
