Case # 992.894 LA Commercial aka Jose Aguilar has been placed for immediate collections with Asset Collections Inc. He has writen an NSF chk to one of my larger steel suppliers. This debtor has broken every promise to pay and has STOLEN my clients product. This is a scam company, who will write NSF chks and never pay the money back, and steal your inventory.
We wanted to warn other companies of this THEFT. I am forming a creditors committee agaisnt this company so if they also owe YOU money, please contact Asset Collections Inc, Portland OR to be added to the list of crediotrs.
If the debtor pay this bill, I will adjust the report accordingly, but to date this company has Not paid, and refuses to respond. I'll be litigating this case to protect my clients money.
