How can a one star review get worse? But it does. Two weeks later, the
company calls me out of the clear blue sky and says "Someone is on their
way out to your house to do your estimate. They will be there shortly."
I was shocked since I hadn't heard anything. But I figured I would give
them a second chance. I told the lady that I do not live in the house 
due to it being under construction and I had a young child, so I would
have to drive over there to meet the guy with my baby. I wanted to make

sure I wouldn't be waiting long with a one year old in the car. She
assured me he had already left. 2 hours later, no one had showed up. I
called again and asked what was going on. She told me he wasn't
answering his cell, she didn't know what happened... And could I
reschedule.
