LA FITNESS Sports Clubs Racism, Worst Management, trying to Beat Me, LAWRENCEVILLE Georgia

On 9/02/2006 I went to the LA Fitness for workout I had my cousin with me as a guest member, as we arrived to the LA Fitness Club the Sales Manager was a the Front desk and asked me to pay $15.00 Dollar for a guest member to workout, which I am a member at the LA Fitness form 6 months now and I pay $32.00 every month and I am sure you all know that when you can take a guest with you to any gym its free of charge for one day or tow and they take the guest for a Club tour which is fine, but no they asked me to Pay $15.00 and I said No I am paying every month and its enough that I am paying you guys, but who is there to listen The Sales Manager Ignored me as I am standing there and waiting to start the workout I asked him again Sir I need to start my work out can you please tell me what should I do or can you please call your manager so I can speak with him, No answer and then I asked him again and he looked at me as he is about to beat me up and he pulled his long hair back to attack me or something and I backed up and then I asked one of the lady at the LA Fitness for a Manager to speak with NO one is paying any attention and then I asked for the LA Fitness corporate or Customer server Phone # and they said the don't have it (Are you kidding me you don't have your head offices Phone #) I called 411 and I asked for customer service or corporate Phone # so I called and some guy picked up the phone he answered the phone unprofessionally, on our daily basis our most calls to any companies are the corporate owns companies so you can tell that this is not the corporate or a customer service center I complained anyway and they guy hanged up the phone.

After my call I went back again to the front desk and I asked for a General Manager, after 10min a guy showed up and his first words were (What is the difference between vinegar and honey?) I don't care I want to workout (but I didn't tell him that) so I stared the complain and there you go another Rude, Bad, and the most worst Manager, he asked me where I am from which country and told me if I am an Iraqi (which I am not) in very bad way and he was looking at the other staff as he is funny guy and can make a joke on any one using his power of being the General Manager in the company, and he asked me if I am a legal resident in America ( Which I am ) I was so mad and I felt really bad because my cousin was with me and I lost respect I was feeling really bad and I didn't say any word, and I told my cousin to lets leave this place and we went home.

Please let me know what should I Do?
