These guys are back in business, if your websearch brings you here it's possibly because you got a letter from Spain.

It's a SCAM, and the letter's not even that good ;) Don't even think about it, if you've done something you shouldn't have empty that bank account immediately, and don't send them any cash. I'm getting the letter checked out, but there's a clause which may facilitate power of attorney over the bank account
