La Tierra Del Encanto, David And Samuel Poor Customer Service, comminication and Has NOT delivered the Goods Philadelphia Pennsylvania

On 12/14/2007 David and another person came to pick up my Mothers 21 boxes. The boxes are XL size and they came in a SUV to pick up the boxes. From the beginning things didn't seam right but my mother was leaving to PR on 12/18/2007 and she wanted to make sure her boxes were going to be on the way before she had left. I told David to come back with a truck but they said their trucks had been vandalized (now I see why) and they left and took 8 boxes first and he came back for the rest the same day in an U-hual van. When writing down the amount of boxes the first 8 boxes he took was not on the paper work. We didn't know until he left, that he forgot to write it down.

I have been trying to reach Samuel and he does not answer any of my calls. I spoke to David and he stated he no longer works for this company.

Now seeing all these reports from the same company my mother is very scared that she will never get her boxes. These boxes have a lot of sentimental value that cannot be replaced. If anyone has any information please let me know.
