I had numerous problems with the LA Weight Loss center in Memphis and Germantown, TN. They did not honor what they promised, the service staff was not knowledgeable on the diet and there were many hidden costs once you sign up on the LA Weight Loss Program in Germantown.
I have talked to the Assistant Manager-Geri with no avail. I have also spoken with Jaime who said she was the center Manager and with Kellie the Regional Manager.
I am now following through with contacting the Better Business Bearu.
Do not do business with this company! You will be very sorry. They do not care about your weight-loss. Once they have your money, they don't even care about you as a person or as a customer.
