la weight loss misleading and dangerous rip off

i signed up for la weight loss on 11/23/01 they charged my credit card 309.00$ in was late afternoon. i assumed it would be easy and simple. after i signed on the dotted line i was told now i must take this bottle of drink and eat less a diet.

i became sick and my blood pressure was very high. on monday 11/26/01 not even 3 business days later,i was told i must spend 700/800/or 900 $ more for thier food. i was very upset i told them i wanted out as i felt ill and i could not afford this,i was humiliated by the mgt and told ok you don't need to spent anymore than 26$ i again ? this and was then told oh you can only pay 14 more today see how you feel later.

that nite i told them i was really getting sick and i wanted my money back on my card. i was advised by paula the supervisor i would get a FULL REFUND. TODAY I RECIEVED A CHECK THAT WAS NOT IN MY NAME AND WRONG ADDRESS FOR 110$ NO EXPLANATION.

I'M GOING TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AS THEY RIPPED ME OFF. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THEY STOP DOING THIS TO OTHERS!
