LA Weight Loss Rips Off SW Florida Fort Myers Florida

Without more than a weeks notice, LA Weight Loss of SW Florida closed its doors.

I have been on the LA plan since June 1, 2006 and it ws sucessful for me until just recently. I should have known someting was up when the Manager quit in December and the supplement bars and other items were not being delivered. anymore.

With less than a weeks notice, they closed their doors and all clients were told that they could call a toll free number on Feb. 1 to find out where to send their pre-purchased items. I've been calling since Feb. 1 and have not received the call back that I was promised.

Not only am I due my bulk items, I was suppose to receive a rebate on $83. in August. A request was faxed to the HOME office four times, I was told, and to date no rebate. I've now been able to keep the 25 pounds off that was on my contract for one year with no problems. It's now time for my second rebate of $83.

Not only has LA Weight Loss let me down, they have let down several other clients. I'm due hundreds of dollars and I'm wondering if I will ever see it.
