LA Weight Watchers, Will not honor refunds/not honest about up cost Joplin Missouri

In the summer of 2003 I had signed up for the wieght loss program. I was working with this program for almost a year and still not losing weight. Instead I gained weight while on this program. My plans were changed several times and finally I was so discouraged I quite going to the center. At this time I was so discouraged I didn't even think about going back for a refund.

In late Sept of this year I was talked back into going in and seeing if they couldn't help me again. They said a lot of things had been changed in the plans and they just new they could help me this time, so like the desprate fool I am I went in and signed up again.

Once again there was a sign up fee and I still had credit on the LA bars I had purchased but not used so they gave them to me. I was on the program a week and once again I started gaining even more weight.

In October I told them I wanted a refund that the program was not working. I should have never signed back up again. They agreed that it was not working and could not say why. They would send in a refund form and get back intouch with me. It was to take three to four weeks before they woule know anything.

In the meantime there was yet anoght manager change in this store. This was the fourth at this time. New staff new manager. What was going on?

I called back in four weeks just to be put off for another two weeks. This has gone on now for three months, and yet another new manager is in the store.

Beware of the all LA Weight Watcher Stores. The Corporate Office is not even listed for anyone to get in touch with. It is a privately owned franchise. A very bad one may I add.
