LA Weightloss In Vienna WV LA Weightloss has very deceptive practices and extreme poor customer service in WV Ripoff Vienna West Virginia

I have been a paying member I should say of LA Weightloss for over 3 years, going up and down of course. Was always told you have to use suppliments and bars to maintain weight. Spent more money than I even care to add up! I have asked on numerous occasions about my first half of money due back and approx. a year ago they faxed something to corp for it. Have asked numerous times when stopping in about it and not exactly demanded an answer I asked again this week. Now told it was sent in by the notes, but now new owners and I should have asked why I had not gotten it before now. And I did not go in every week as I needed to even though I was not told that at the beginning.

My friend & I that go together said I had numerous times and I wanted a better answer. Now they say the new owners would not be responsible for it. I said is this not still LA Weightloss? they said yes but that is corp. name not owner. I took what I had still in bars etc. and left and so did my friend. I will tell everyone and anyone what a rip off it is! They now say we should read the fine print in the contract that explains all about refunds. As far as I am concerned it is a total rip off and the customer service at this place has been bad for several months! Always told that the ones that messed my file are no longer there and they can't make heads or tails out of it.
