In December of 2007 the Beckley LA Weighloss Center closed. I was not contacted via telephone, letter, etc. I am to receive services and products from them through April of 2008 which I am not receiving. I joined LA Weightloss for the reason of weighing and consultation.

I am requesting my money back for the remainder of the time I have left with LA Weightloss and for the products. I paid them in full when I started. They have all information on file. I still owe Care Credit Company for some of the services but LA Weightloss has received their money in full.

Your consideration in helping me to receive what they owe me will be appreciated.
