Labor Ready 1161 Eva Leaves employees stranded at job sites, communication with Eva impossible Thornton Colorado

Eva the morning employee left me and 2 other workers stranded at a job site not once but twice in the past week. Heres what happened... the job site is located where there are no bus routes near enough to walk to. The first time me and the other workers were waiting for someone with a vehicle who could drive us to work,the job starts at 7 am and it was already 6:30 so Eva told us she would have Melissa takeus out to the site, when we asked Eva how we were going to get back she informed us to ask Martin, the supervisor at the site to give us a lift back and that this happens all the time and he would be fine with it. Well we agreed and at the end off the day Martin told us he could not take us 3 back for one his car would not fit all of us being that it is a small honda and 2 he lives in the opposite direction. He also said he hasn't ever given temps rides home. We ended up having to call my sister to take us back. The next morning we told Eva what happened she shrugged and said "that sucks" totally indifferent to our trouble! About a week later esterday the same thing happened where our driver didnt show, We told Eva that we were not going without a forsure ride back. She told us she would personally come pick us up at the end of the day. By the time we got off i called the office because Eva was not there to pick us up. Melissa called Eva and when Melissa called me back she Said Eva could not get us from the site and to try to find a ride back.

Eva is a total liar do not trust her word. Do not let her get you a ride to a job site if the driver is not a person working With you, who is a for sure ride back. You will be stranded!!!

Also Eva has no customer service skills, if you try to ask her anything she will tell you she is busy and make you wait needlessly or have a seat for half an hour to answer the simplest question.  She abuses her power as a labor reeady employee because she knows people are desperate for work and she holds the key in a sense, she decides who gets work and who doesn't. The only reason she was so desperate to get us out to this particular site is because the business has started bringing in temps from another company and she knows she is going to lose the ticket.

Be warned!! Do not go to a site without a driver who is staying, YOU WILL BE STRANDED.
