LaChoy Jackson presents himself and his business as someone who can help to find investment property, or offers a deal that he has found or happens to know about.  He will develop a friendship and trust that will make you beleive that he knows what he is talking about, because he is very knowledgable about finance and many details.  

He provided spreadsheets, large professional presentations, and great ideas and how he would execute.  Once you are baited in, he will continually discuss whether or not you want to invest.  After he sent over the necessary paperwork, I agreed to be 9% partner for $4500 investment to purchase a property in DeSotto, TX.  All funds would be held in Escrow until the purchase of the home was completed.  When I requested my investment back, as I no longer whanted to be involved (after hearing other having issues with his business, in other areas) - he gave me the run around, and every excuse why I needed to wait another week.  

This guy is a complete con artist and everything he presents is a scam.  I had several issues including the above, but I know at least 5 others personally who experienced similar issues and he either completely overcharged for work he doesn't do, and/or didn't make any effort to and will not return any funds whne the customer is not satisfied with his "legal zoom" forms that he passes off as documents his attorneys worked on.  Please do not give this guy ANY money.  Don't even give him your phone number.
