When I first was approached by a Merchant service person from KEY Bank OH I was led to believe it would cost me $35.00/ month it ended up costing me first $75.00/month even when I had no CC claims. Later Elavon added a PCI compliance charge even though they said I had till Feb to become compliant. They started to take money with no permission in Sept. Both companies will screw you.

Elavon would not give me or the bank manager a straight answer. LADCO has a no termination clause which means even if they do something illegal you still have a contract. 

Beware both of these companies!!! Today most merchant services will give you the equipment for FREE and have a much better rate. So tell your friends and neighbors. Ask anyone you do business with if they use these companies and if they do only pay cash.
