Ladco Leasing Rip off non-cancelable 48 mo. lease Thousand Oaks California

A fast talking salesman by the name of Mike Tongkeamha from USA Card Services called me on May 14, 2005. He got my name from lead service providing my name as a person that wanted to work an at home internet business.

He told me that he had a great internet business selling products bought from wholesale drop shippers. I would need a credit card machine to process payment from my customers the I sold product to.

He faxed me the forms to get the business started, and the lease agreement for the card machine
Within 3 business days I receieved the credit card machine and the website they had set up for me.
He did everything so fast , I didn't have time to think about or check out the company.

The orginal lease was from Globaltech Leasing. The lease was sold to Ladco Leasing. I found this out when I receieved my first payment notice.

I spent time and money trying to advertise on search engines and free advertising websites to no avail.
I called Ladco and asked to get out of the lease. They said it was a 48 month non-cancelable lease.

I have been making payments of $107.84 a month since June of 2005. I finally closed my checking account so they couldn't draw the payment out every month. Now I get letters from them wanting their money
