lady americana, ladyamericana.com mattress rip off stuck with defective mattress, Internet

This company has mattresses in stores around the country.  They sell them when furniture businesses are going out of business, which was this case in Alamogordo, NM. The name of the company in Alamogordo that had the mattress is Enchanted Furnishings and they continue to sell inferior products.  They wouldn't give me a mattress that isn't defective and ladyamerica wouldn't. Their mattresses sink in the middle.  Enchanted Furnishings did a switch and bait on me.  Ladyamericana  told me that I have to pay for shipping another mattress to me and pay for shipping the old mattress back.... I went through BBB and found out that BBB doesn't do anything.  If the company don't want to fix it, they make the customer pay $75 for a mediator.  The BBB, I can't believe they operate this way, sure opened my eyes and I'm stuck, two years now and sleep on the living room floor after spending $600+.  Alamogordo is NOT the town to shop in. Businesses are very customer unfriendly anyway.
