Lady Fitness of America ripoff consumer rip-off fraud Las Vegas Nevada

When I joined Lady Fitness of America I was told that they ONLY sold 3 year memberships. Later, after I signed the 3 year constract, I found out that they did indeed sell at least a 18 month contract. I was lied to from the beginning.

I also wanted to know if they would have someone who could help me with the weights, knowledgable about when to add weights or add more repetitions. My sales lady ASSURED me that someone would always be available.

I joined based on these two facts. LIES, LIES!!! My sales person (maybe 18 years old) was gone within 3 weeks. They only hired young girls who usually talked on the phone or were on the computer. I'm sure they paid minimium wage to young girls who had NO training in the industry.

I tried classes, but the instructors changed like dirty diapers. The classes were never consistant.

When I tried to hire one of their personal trainers, they cancelled my appointment 2 times because the trainers left.

Because of poor service,I cancelled my debit card to my checking account and have been hounded by their credit/collections people since. I repeated my complaints many, many times, with no responsible response to my complaints.

BEWARE!! Lady Fitness Clubs of America are RIPOFFS! Ladies, report them to your local Department of Consumers Affairs, as most states/cities require fitness clubs to be bonded. Honest clubs will NOT want to be reported.
