LADY OF AMERICA FITNESS CLUBS OVER BILLING AFTER CANCELING CONTRACT 4 YEARS AGO NATIONWIDE

i made a contract with a LADY OF AMERICA FITNESS  that after 3 months one day i went to the facility and they closed and then when i call the head quarters offices they told me to go to another location facility or cancel my contract, wich i did a cancellation and full payment of my remaining balance, this was about 4 years ago, and i still get monthly charges on my bank account, and every time that i call financial services on utah, and they always keep telling the same story: that i need to send them a cancellation letter, and i keep sending letters and still getting billed!!!, im tired of this system, no one helps to solve this matter in my account is still biiled with no reason or authorization, as my bank manager advice i closed my bank account and now they call me every other day to collect, what they call month to month charges
