Lady of America (Miami Gardens) MISLEADING, TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR AND ONCE YOU SIGN THEY SCREW YOU OVER! Internet

The diffrent tactics that Lady of America uses to train their employees in order to get people to sign up is ridiculous.

About 3 month ago i went in with a free trial pass, and i was treated very nicely by the staff. I was given a tour and was allowed to use my 7 day pass. ONce my free trial was up i was immediatly told by one of the staff members that my week was up and if i was interested in signing up. I really enjoyed the gym so i wanted to see what they had offer. I didnt want to sign up for a gym where i had to bind to a contract and be stuck with. Once the girl began to tell me more about the gym i began to ask questions regarding if this was a contract. I was given a firm answer of "NO" they told me that this was an "agreement" They began to tell me that i could cancel at any time i wanted with a 30 days notice and a written letter explainign why i was leaving the gym. I was a little hesitant to sign what they called an agreement not a contract, but after many questions and after being told that this was not a contract and i could cancel or leave whenever i wanted just with a 30 days notice and a written letter i decided to belive them and signed. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER.

After a month of going to the gym i decided that i didnt want to be in this gym, it just wasnt for me and i was begingn to get bored of the gym. I called National Fitness where they told me that i should have read the contract because  i was under contract for 3 years. I went back to the gym and they automaitcally flipped the story and said that they never said that.

After several attempts to get this contract broken no one is available to help you. I am still stuck paying for a  membership which i dont use. These are trained con artist. Always stick with your gut and do not give your money to these conniving liers.

DONT LET THE "AGREEMENT" WORD FOOL YOU. this is a 3 year contract!
