Lady printing had incorrectly printed my bookmarks. The bookmarks were supposed to be "as advertised" on both sides of the copy.
I never signed a confirmation and there was no document that reads that this was a single sided bookmark.

The person whom you transferred me stated she is the "owner" of the company laughed at my request and said she is the only person to make the decision on this item and will not accept responsibility for the incorrect order or the misleading website advertisement regarding double sided bookmarks.
Due to the incorrect order, I am returning the bookmarks to Lady Printing and I am declining payment on this order.

Here are the proofs Intialed and OKed - He approved them single sided and we print as approved - some clients only want one side so we do no know unless we are told other wise.

If you notice it says your job is single sided. The customer returned the bookmarks and we refunded the printing for him.
