Ladybug Pools Abysmal Service Mount Lurel New Jersey

We purchased a fiberglas pool in March 2013. After two last minute cancellations the pool came in May. The mason could not finish the pool because it was not level, two week delay. Service guy did not return calls to open the pool. When he did, the pump did not work. Calls/texts went unanswered for weeks. Finally service came and blamed artificial grass for pump stoppage-the skimmer basket was not installed correctly. Said motor burned up. Never returned with new motor. We took motor to local pool shop and they tested it OK. Motor ran intermittenly in June and July. Dozens of calls and texts went unanswered. Promose to replace pump went unfulfilled. In August, we had local pool company come. Their mechanic solved the voltage problem in 1/2 hour.  Had Ladybug followed up on the problem, our summer would not have been ruined. They cannot service the pools they sell.
