About one year a go i got in to a collision in front of a business that has been recently closed called One Stop Car Shop. I am a college student and was not from the area. This young man came to me and offered me his services and then told me he would repair my vehicle. Because i didn't know anyone else or even where to began looking i excepted.

A few days later i went back to the business to check on the status of my car, i was told that the guy that was going to work on my car had been fired and my car would be going to there out house mechanic to get the job done. This is where i first came in contact with Marvin Ziegler.

Ziegler told me that it would take him 3 weeks to complete the job. I called him 2 weeks later he had not started! Then he moved my car to his one of his other shops and refused to give me the location. Then for the next 2 weeks he didn't answer or return my calls. Ziegler then quoted me a price of $1500. Which i agreed to, because he assured me that the price was not subject to change.

In total 2months and $1800 my car was fix but i can tell where he had cut corners and when i confronted him about it, he got defensive. then my car broke 2weeks later.

Then some where along the way the police got involve and they where absolutely no help at all because while we were at Ziegler's shop the officers that came out were friends of Ziegler and didn't even allow me to make a statement even though i called. The cop talk to Ziegler and his employees and took their statements. Then they went to there car, then came back and with a citation and gave it to me and told me to leave the property.
