The city council is also the parish council and dictates for nearby towns, and we pay the same high rates without all the services. No recycling pickup. I must drive to recycling foundation to drop off my items. In addition, Allied Waste does not pickup all large items outside the can. It does not pick up yard waste in a timely way.
