LOL Your name matches that of a secondary web site... HOOVER ACRES... Caught in Another LIE

Only 1 web site but numberous selling accounts with the same phone number to sell countless breeds of puppies.  

I see boxers, shephards, dobies, newfies, yorkies, goldens, golden doodles, bermise mountains, frenchies and mastiffs.

First off, this report is full of lies.  This man who filed it is just upset because I will not return a non-refundable deposit that he placed on a pup.  Him and his family came to see the pups and I did note to him that two of the three pups had a patch on the foot and that we were treating it and more than likely it would be gone before pick up.  They visited with the pups and placed a deposit to hold the one they chose so obviously not too concerned about the patch.  I sent new pictures each week and then today I get nasty text messages from this person so I tried to call and talk about it and he was yelling, cussing and just plain rude.  There is no way to talk or reason with a person who screams and yells and tells me to shut up and that he is the customer so he has the right to act like that.  

All of our pups are seen by a vet and also come with a one year health guarantee so we would not purposely sell a pup with any major health issues.  I did not refuse to take the pup to a vet as he discribed it is something we always do anyway.   This report is just a tantrum because I did not refund his deposit a week before pick up.  He states he did his own investigation about me and in reality he has just made up a bunch of lies.  We have not sold pups with Parvo or mange.  I agree I have had a couple pups turn up with Giardia over the years but we work closely with our vet to try insure our pups are healthy and we do have a giardia prevention in progress but nothing is a 100%  The pups are not being bred by Elmer Miller, not sure where he got that and I only have the one website which is lagrangenewfies.com  This person just plain flat out lied when he stated that our pups are kept in deporable conditions.  Making up stories and lies about someone just because you didnt get your way only means that he needs to grow up and act like an adult.  I have tried to text and call but can not get anywhere with his nasty messages and the screaming and yelling on the phone.  

Angry Yes , any one in there right mind would be. There is never any proof to what she says at any time.  She just says stuff and then when challenged she refuses to provide proof to validate her words.  did I curse at her... I said one naughty word and refrained from doing so again. and I never said she refused to take the dog to the vet, but I did however state that she refuses to send the pup to have what you see in this photograph tested like a responsible breeder would. she wants to make sure its all covered up so when she takes the pup to the vet for a once over, they wont be alarmed to conduct the tests and the dog fail. That way she can slide the problem dog into a new home and is no longer her problem.
