Lajolla Resicence Club Mazatlan MX beware of timeshare scam at Lajolla Mazatlan; DO NOT BUY HERE Mazatlan, Other

In Nov, 2011, my husband and I attended a timeshare presentation at Lajolla residence Club in Mazatlan MX.  Mr. Alfredo Marcq guaranteed us in writing a set price to relinquish 2 properties we own if we agreed to buy a timeshare at Lajolla.  We were guaranteed in writing we would be paid for our two properties in no more than 180 days.

We are past the 180 days, and now Mr Marcq says there is no guarantee, and has refused to speak to us anymore.

We were also guaranteed in writing that we will be paid $2000/yr for 5 years for not using our timeshare.

We paid $12,500.00 for this Lajolla timeshare, and we demand a full refund.  Mr Marcq emphatically refused a refund.

At the time we agreed to this, we repeatedly had Mr Marcq affirm that the guarantee to pay us within 180 days was legal and valid.....and absolutely guaranteed.  I made Mr Marcq aware that I was under great duress due to the recent death of my son, and therefore, I needed to know I was not being lied to or taken advantage of.  The loss of a child is devastating...... and now I find I was scammed and tricked and lied to by Mr Marcq. 

I deserve a full refund of $12,500.00.  Lajolla did not fulfill a single guarantee that was given to us in writing.  I am sure there is "fine print" they try to hide behind .............. but this is ethically, morally, and humanly WRONG........ a grief-stricken mother does not need to a target of this kind of deceit and outright lies.  Please ----this is a horrible financial burden when our family just suffered a tremendous loss.
