Lake City Auto Electric uses up customer gas no compensation Lake City Georgia

I took my car in for repair and just filled my tank with gas when I picked up from repair more then a 1/4 tank was gone. I have never had a repaire shop use that much gas to test my car after they worked on it. When I ask for reimbursement for the gas, I was told they had to test the car and could not reimburse me. I think that that is excessive in the amount that should have been used. I was also told that they test drove someones vehicle for 60 miles and at the cost of gas they should be made to reimburse the customer and should not be allowed to just use up a customers gas and tell them that is the way it is. Make me believe they test them whey they have something to do and just use the customers car to do it and that way it saves them on gas in there own vehicle.

It cost me almost $25 to fill my tank and to get it back with only 1/2 a tank with no compensation for the gas they just burned up in my car make me just a bit mad. I am not rich and don't have the money to just burn up gas like that.

Also I think that they over charged me to reconnect a spark plug wire that was loose, it was $70 dollars and that is a bit much for a simple procedure. I was there when he charged a customer $50 for an oil change and because the customer complained he too $10 off but I got no compensatiion at all for my vehicle.

Something needs to be done about them using up customers gas in there vehicle and telling that is just the way it is because you want your car fixed and it has to be tested. The owner also has no knowlede at all of vehicles and the repair end of it and I believe that the owner should know something about the business he runs.
