Be careful! Purchased an opt-in industry list from Lake Group Media that was "guaranteed" to perform with greater than 80% delivery rate.
We paid in full for the list but the quality of the list was not as it was represented. We ended up with a very high number of spam reports, high number of bounces, and only a handful of leads. We also did not receive the number of contacts that we were promised in our contract after paying for the list... we were shorted by about 5,000 contacts.
I have requested a refund and am hopeful that they provide the refund to make this right. However, I they continue to offer me things I have no need/use for instead of providing the refund that clearly should have been offered from the beginning.
