I had the worst experience I've ever had with any company over at good ol' lake shore wheel and tire. Order wheels, they don't come...call, message, ignored, call, message, ignored, call, message, ignored, call, answer, rude, the wheels haven't been sent yet.

Wait...nothing.

Call, message, ignored, call, message, ignored, call, message, ignored...call, answer, rude as HELL.

Tell me they're due Wednesday.

Wednesday comes...nothing...

Monday...nothing...

Wheels come the following Monday...

Problem - only three - most cars, for those of us that don't know, have four wheels. I swear its true...My assumption was they would know these small details due to their being in the industry and all.

Call/ignored/call/ignored/call/ignored...Donkey Rep finally tells me the fourth wheel is being sent...The obvious question of why it wasn't sent with the set goes unanswered...

Fourth wheel...and another problem - the custom wheels that were slated on their website to fit my car...I know this btw because if you visit their website you can search for rims by vehicle make and model...don't fit.

Call, message, ignored...it literally gets to the point where I'm pretty sure they recognize my number (small 3 or 4 idiot operation) because they don't answer at all. Call from another number, answer...I tell them the rims don't fit - again, unbelievably rude, insanely so...

They send out "spacers" - I talk to my mechanic who says they're not safe. I call/ignored/call/ignored (you get it) finally get them, tell them spacers aren't safe and I'd just rather return the rims. No can do...I have to pay to ship 'em back and pay restocking fee.

Tells me spacers are perfectly safe.

I say fine...Spacers don't come...call/ignored (I'm going to stop typing that, please just assume I call five to ten times for each time I speak to one of them)...

Spacers were sent out "I don't run the postal service"...whoa...

Supposed to come on Monday...Nothing

Following Monday...Nothing

Friday, they're Here! - Spacers don't fit.

Holy hell

ME: Spacers don't fit...

Idiot Rep: I'll send out new spacers.

ME: My tires are literally completely bald by now, overnight them.

Idiot Rep: Not my problem, I'll send them ground.

Spacers take two extra weeks (after the slated delivery date).

I could not be more dissatisfied with this company. If you look online you'll find a pile more people who've had similar experiences. Look out for Alicia and Dan...they seem to be the reigning Kind and Queen of the retards over there.

To summarize - NEVER do business with this company or group of morons.

The world will be a happier place when God chooses to remove them from it...
