Lakeland Regional Medical Center LRMC Does nothing, must say specific words, waiste of time Lakeland Florida

Went to this GOD AWFUL hospital on Thursday. I have been in a lot of pain in my legs from my knees down. I almost fell over due to my knees locking up on their own. I went and I literally got told by the Physicians Assistant (No the Dr did not come into the room), "What do you want me to do?". Now this was after I told her twice in a row what was wrong. She then said, "Well the only thing I can do is give you pain meds and maybe a prescription for crutches"....... I told her I DO NOT WANT PAIN MEDS...... I take meds to begin with and they could never match what I take. This lady did not even want to help me. I never seen the actual Dr. The nurse that was sent in totally contradicted what the Dr told me to and not to do. The Dr told me to stay off my feet. The nurse said to exercise and walk. Probably because I am fat. These hospital has signs that say they have changed..... yeah for the worse. You have to say certain key words for them to help you with anything. I know it was Thanksgiving but I went up there to see what was wrong. Not to get an attitude from the Dr. I also have bad experiences on another web site from years past..... This place is a JOKE...

I can not sleep.... the pai wakes me up..... they say come back and they will help me again..... how can you help me again when you did not help me the first time????
