This Lakeshore property and the listed executive officers do nothing to protect the residents. They are abusive, use HOA rules to arbitrarily harass residents of color with write-ups, stalk them in the parking lot, have cars improperly towed and ticketed and despite the numerous burglaries, vandalism, hit and runs, and car bombings, Sharon refuses to protect us and our property from these crimes. She wont even attempt to control foot and car traffic.

Near new security cameras can be purchased on the internet (16 bullet cameras for $800) but nothing is ever done. One resident said that when she asked Sharon if she ever found out who burgled her neighbors car Sharon responded that she doesnt give a F**K about her car. We are not allowed to assemble or organize or attend the monthly meetings to voice our concern or offer solutions. Residents tried to get camera doorbells but Sharon said no it was an invasion of privacy and then wrote up some residents that kept them, yet left others alone. 

The Santa Ana police department doesn't do crap except take a report IF you are lucky. Several residents have said that Santa Ana Police Department have told them they are too busy to come out on calls AND that there are more important things they have to do. The police also have not even tried to persuade Sharon to install cameras in the parking lot by explaining to her how important it is and how pinnicle cameras are in solving these crimes in order to stop them, nor have they offered any community meetings to combat the crime. Cops yap at how cameras help them do their job in these situations but have not lifted a finger to be proactive.

Security cameras were proposed with free installation and Sharon said no. Real Estate agents have said that Sharon is a nightmare to work with and assert she is racist.

If you try to effect change to protect the residents and their property you will be evicted. Sharon and her clan rule with an iron fist. They will spend lots of money on the condos with new paint and siding but wont lift a finger to protect your person or your property. This is the most horrific abuse of power I have ever come across and the only thing that soothes my soul is knowing that in the end, the LORD will get them!
