Lallypops Creative Photography Lollipops Creative Photography scam, stolen photos concord, New Hampshire

Meagan Currier and assistant Jen Bundy did maternity photos of a client 5 months ago. The client has yet to receive her photos, the only thing she has received is the run around and lies. Jen Bundy was to do the photos and Meagan Currier stepped in and took over shooting. The client has attempted numerous times to get any kind of copies of her photos edited or unedited.

One day Meagan says she will meet her, the next week she will mail the photos, another time she says the photos are on a dismantled computer and will put them on disc when her husband awakes and puts it back together. All the while another photographer is attempting to help the client recover her photos from Lallypops. This photographer attempts to email Lallypops with generic responses and even none towards the end unless comments are publicly made on Lallypops photo facebook page.

Meagan has even gone as far as stating the Jen Bundy has absolutely no affiliation with Lallypops even though on their website (I screenshot this) it lists Jen Bundy as the assistant. Actual emails are as follows:

I sent you a email on your photography website about Meaghan Cain again. I understand you are upset with her and you did her photos for free but you please take into consideration why she is upset....maternity photos are precious and priceless memories that she can not have reshot. Could you please contact me about getting her at the very least the SOOC copies. I would be willing to meet with you to pick them up so you don't have to deal with her directly. You can either email me back or call me at (omitted).

Lollipops Creative Photography:
She was never MY client. Just so we are very clear on this. I NEVER TOOK ANY PICTURES OF HER! This is a matter between her and the woman that took them... I will be giving the photos to her friend that took them and she can do with them as she wishes.I do appreciate you willing to edit the pitures though.

Helping photographer:
Ok I have been told that the owner and photographer of Lollipops is one in the same person. My only interest is getting the photos to Meaghan one way or another. I don't care if I edit them or not lol. I just hate to see someones only copy of photos not be received, which is why I was and am still willing to meet with whom ever to pick them up for her.

I am the owner. And no, Jen (Who took the pictures), is not affiliated with my company at all. I will give them to Jen. They are hers, and hers to do what she wants with. She and Meaghan are friends, so I am assuming they can work something out.
