lamplighter mobile home community horrible place gainesville Florida

lamplighter mobile home community located in gainesville florida is terrible. the roads are torn up huge holes in poads and also community not well kept up.  Kristine loves to send out notices and fine youfor things you dont do but  never does she do anything to make inprovements on lamplighter mobile home community its self. Everything is always sent out via letter  You are given a late notice on the 1st of the month when rent isnt due til the 3rd. Kids here are  like wild animals no parental supervision . If you complain to kristine she does nothing about it.  storm water drains here are clogged up with pineneedles and  no effort has been  putforth to remove the problem so there for when there are heavy rains  it floods here on the street due to water not being abole to properly drain.  

 People throw wild parties and are loud no consideration for neighbors. Yet again kristine will do nothing about this.  There is a huge hole in road thats at least a foot deep that is by the playground on the side of the road  that when i called her and complained because of safety issues all she did was throw concrete in the hole and fill it in with sand didnt even bother to  do it properly.  

city needs to come out here and inspect the drains and roads  and make sure things get fixed properl or else fine her for inproper  safety regulations.  has its a lawsuit impedeing
