On December 15th, 2010 I ordered a rifle from Lancaster. Payment was requested by check or money order and sent via USPS Express Mail (also as requested). A USPS Money Order was delivered to Chet Durda on December 16th, 2010.

The rifle wasn't even shipped out to my FFL dealer until late January, and when I picked it up it was defective (internally). The barrel was badly mis-aligned along with some internal issues. [Model 7050c - Ser# M009053]**

**PLEASE NOTE: I actually ordered a model 3060, and was sent a 7050c with the claim that it was an 'upgrade'. In truth it was one that was lying around complete, but never put through any quality control.

I called to report it (as I was told that the rifle had a lifetime warranty), and was told by Lindsey (I think that was her name. Even if I remembered the name wrong, she's the only woman who seems to work there) to send it back via FedEx along with a description of the problem.

I did that, and it was shipped back on May 4th (delivered the following day) at a cost of $65 (FedEx tracking number 874806451072)

I got a call from a guy named Shane shortly after telling me he was going to take care of the problems. After that, I got NO RESPOSE for weeks. My calls were not picked up, my voice mail messages weren't returned and my e-mails were un-answered. This inability to contact the company became VERY typical.

After about 4 weeks, somebody finally picked up the phone (the woman - Lindsey) and promised to look into it. No action for another 3 weeks, and no ability to contact the company again.

I get a call from Chet (Durda) telling me that they were just going to replace the rifle because it was the original was too bad (which is the way it was originally delivered to me). 8 Weeks went by with no action, and again, no ability to contact the company. Finally I manage to get Chet on the phone again and he assures me that my replacement is ready. No follow-through on shipping though.

After almost 3 weeks I manage to get Lindsey again who promised to 'look into it'. After a long time, she finally gave me a UPS tracking number (1Z050T820395200296), implying that they shipped my replacement. That turned out to be a phony. They just arranged for a shipment, and never bothered to supply any actual package at all.

As of now, I (again) have no ability to contact the company and feel that I'm being intentionally ignored. I've sent a FAX formally requesting a refund on August 9th [$607 purchase price + $30 FFL transfer fee and background check + $65 to return the defective one = TOTAL $702].

I mailed the same request via certified mail (return receipt requested - tracking number 70110470000181621605) the following day (a notice was delivered on August 11th and the letter was never picked up). I even mailed a SECOND copy (tracking # 23061570000020379540) to the address I originally sent the money order to... That one was 'undeliverable'. It is now 11 months into this sale and I have NOTHING.
