Lancaster county children and youth Peggy griffin Ann myister Cy's won't give my daughter back Lancaster Pennsylvania

Me and my partner have a 5 month old baby girl. She was born 9 weeks prematurely at woman and babies hospital in Lancaster county, in November of 2013. We had gone to the nicu religiously everyday and even spent nights there with her. at that time I was staying with my aunt and aunt and uncle because we Were saving up for our own place. A caseworker Peggy griffin was out to the home and approves it. But when my daughter was about to be released from the hospital she filed a petition to take her into foster care for absured reasons. She all of a sudden changed her mind saying the house was not appropriate and smelled of cat urin. (At which it did not) on December 16th 2013 she was released from the hospital and taken into foster care on a heart monitor. Peggy griifin went as far as to call the hospital and said the parents are not to be present at all that day.

We have been to court and the judge had ordered she stay in care until we have obtained and maintained housing. We have gotten our own place and have provided rent recites and utility reciets. We have also had phycological evaluations and have asked for the acengy to set up parenting classes. They have refused to set up anything! We have done all this on our own and are enrolled in parenting classes that we set up. We also have asked the agency to come inspect the house for over a month now. She decided to call the day she was supposed to come do the inspection and canceled with no givin reason. We go back to court in may and we are hoping the judge can see that we are fighting hard for her and doing everything on our own. That agency is supposed to be there to help you get your child back but it seems like all they do is target people and take their child or children with no intentions of giving them back! This sickens me that this agency can take children from innocent people and make a profit from it. Please spread story so we can stop this from happening. My child belongs at home with her loving mother and father in our safe home. Not with people she doesn't know and who are only in it foroney.
