lancaster partners are a pretend publisher company, they print police hand books that no one has ever heard of, including my local police, they claim to be the top name printers but again, no website, no reveiws nothing.
the problem ive had is, they keep forging my signature onto a contract that i have never signed, they are not willing to help resolve the matter, they want me to send them my driving licence (yeah right) they wont allow me and a solicitor to enter the premises to resolve this matter but continue to send threatening letters of bailiffs and court, but they never send them acording to there records.
this is a scam company. avoid dealing with them at all costs.

It is amazing how people can distort the facts to their own ends. The gentleman in question claims we print Police Handbooks, incorrect, we produce Police Federation Diaries for the area where the gentleman's business is and all the Police Officers do receive diaries and all Police Federations do know of us.
We have never claimed to be a "top name printers", we did not have a web site when this report was put on but we do now. Does this gentleman's business have one, I could not find one. We did not forge his signature as he alleges, he signed a legally binding agreement in two places which he was quite happy to do, when he made this allegation he was asked for a copy of his driving licence or passport not the original, so we could compare his signature with that on the agreement, he declined, we leave it to you to decide why. He never asked to visit our offices with his solicitor, if he had asked we would have gladly arranged a date for them to visit.
After numerous requests for payment which the gentleman ignored for 6 months, we had not option but to issue a summons and let an independent court decide who was right and who was wrong, the County Court found in our favour. The gentleman still did not pay, so after a further 6 months the court sent bailiffs to collect the debt. It would appear that after this was when the gentleman put his non factual report on this web site. Two sides to every report, we have the documentation to back ours up.
