Landair Transport Inc. Have not paid last payroll & bad get home policy Ripoff Greeneville Tennessee

Landair Transport has not paid last paycheck in a timely manner. So I terminated my employment with them because dispatcher was refusing to send me home for my time off , I had problems at home with my family not having any water to drink, cook with,or take a bath, because water pump had stop working, dispatcher would not send me home to fix it, then take load onto destination. They further said that they could not do anything about my last paycheck, said they had sent it to my home, I have not received it as of yet. My pay period was on 6/13/07 and it is now 6/24/07. The company has changed it's policy on alot of thing in the last 2 yrs. since I worked for them back in 2005, I went back to them thinking this was a good company to work for. To some of the drivers that work for them, it might be a good company, but to the rest of the drivers, it might not be the best. I also took their truck back to a terminal in Hartsville,SC so it could not be said I abandon the truck & Trailer somewhere.
