This is a two part rip-off.  My Service Contract that I purchased was not honored for all of the repairs needed when the water pump went out, the total bill was $986.00 , Landcar would only pay $309.00 . They told the dealer at first O-K, repair the car , the dealaer told us the total we would owe would be about $110.00 for back-flushing the system theat is what Landcar would not pay.  About a couple of hours later the service rep at Brad Francis chevy in Los Lunas, n.m,  called us and stated that Landcar wouls not pay for the replacement of the water pump by-pass plactic elbows and the total is now $586.00 iwe needed to pay. WOW ** Thest tubes cost approx. $35.00 for both and need / should to be replaced when the water pump is being replaced. These were leaking.

   We paid $1500.00 for this total almost every thing is covered added service contract  and it does  NOT pay for the needed repairs . They said only a $100.00 dectutable. common things like tires, wiper blades, etc were not covered.  the Advanced Plan Includes Basic Powertrain ProtectionCovers:

 WE will NEVER deal with a Larry H. Miller company again. 

 This "TOTAL SERVICE CONTRACT " IS CRAP !!
