These are dealer that rip you off and will lie to you at the same time. Plus they take your money and repo your car after taking your money . The car i got from them was trade in on a paid for personal car that had nothing wrong for a car that after third day had something wrong with it put through hell would no fix it and Chrysler capitol calling even after I told them to stop that I am going get fired because if of them calling over 15 times a day .. On a car i cant even drive and to top it all off put 4673 dollars of wrk into the car and plus paypemts over a five months of me having the car and the sorry place towed my car after tearing my yard up ... They rip me off big time plus capitol fin never trust them ..

Jim I am going to correct you, then explain why it's your fault.
In North America today many High School Diploma graduates are writing at this level, it comes from schools follishly buying into the Texting generation and thinking thats valid.
Verbally abusing people because our eduction system has failed them is foolish and so many other bad things I can't be bothered to type it all out.
We should be blaming the voters, who elected goofs that said tax savings were more important than eduction. Elected eduction administrators who think self esteem is more important than testing and real evaluation. Voters that have no concept of critical thought in who they elect.
In other words YOU Jimmy. You are the problem.
FOR THE RIPPED OFF OP. Please contact a real Non-Profit credit councelling service for help with this. Non-Profit means No Charge. Please listen to them, they are likely to say things you don't want to hear but it is important you listen.

Find yourself a second or third grader to teach you basic punctuation, grammar, sentence structure and compensation. There is absolutely ZERO EXCUSE in 2016 America for anybody to "write" this convoluted, run-on sentence filled "thing" as you did!
The lender only calls when the borrower, (you), fails to make their payments on time. Therefore, it was YOU who turned on the collections machine and it could only be YOU who can turn it off by doing what you promised to do, make each and every payment on time. If you bought the car "AS IS", the dealer is under no obligation to fix the car for free.
NO RIP OFF HERE -- Complainer defaulted and caused repo but blames dealer and lender.
