LANDERS MCLARTY FORD TOTAL RIPOFF, UNTRUSTWORTHY, WENT BACK ON A DEAL THAT WAS ALREADY COMPLETED, PUT ME THE BUYER IN A TERRIBLE MESS, NOT RELIABLE AT ALL, NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH, WILL NOT NOTIFY YOU OF ALL THE THINGS YOU NEED TO PROTECT YOURSELF IF YOU HAVE JACKSON Mississippi

I went to Landers Mclarty because I knew someone that worked there who frequently did business with our company so I felt I wouldnt have a problem. Was I wrong after getting a vehicle from there company and the being told that the deal was completed and that I would be receiving my payment booklet in the mail within a couple of days I had the rug literally pulled out from under me.

They went back on the deal for the finance manager James had screwed up somewhere and put the finance charges lower than they were suppose to be as well as my car note. I had the vehicle for 45 days and they came to me at the end when it was time for me to make my payment and told me that I had to give the vehicle back because the person who stated that they would finance it went back on there deal.

This put me in the worst bind ever for now here I am having to try and find me ways to work for I no longer had transportation and I went to them and let them know how unfair I felt they had been to me when I had did everythng that they asked me to do and do you think they cared or tried to do anything to correct the situation. No they tell me well we can get you with another company but of course that will take your car note up and your percentage rate up.

They must think that I am stupid that was what they were trying to do in the first place corrrect the mess that there finance manager James had made by giving me the deal that he gave me and taking the car not and percentage up. They also did not tell me about alot of important information that I had to find out by someone else.

They gave me a truck that if I would have been in an accident and totaled it out I would have been totally messed up for my insurance would have only paid about 15 to 16 thousand of what it was truly worth and I would have been having to pay the balance out of my pocket for a vehicle I no longer could use for they did not inform me that I needed to include the GAp program into my purchase so that the program would pay the balance of what my insurnce company would not pay so I wouldn't be stuck in a mess.

This company is just recently came to Jackson Ms. our of Arkansas and they come new trying to rip people off they need to go back to where they came from. I would not go to them if I were intersted in getting a good deal or a fair deal or an honest deal.

Buyers need to beware of LANDERS MCLARTY FORD, I am letting everyone I come in contact with know not to go that way.
