Landmark roofing and construction Didnt pay me for 11 weeks of wages, also Ripped off over 60+ homeowners of their Insurance claim money bedford Texas

Landmark Roofing and Construction has Ripped off several Homeowners of their insurance money from a recent hail storm in DFW area this past year. The CEO of the company was appointed to that position by the owners of the company. The name of the CEO was Tracey (TW) Mock and the owners are Cassandra & Auston Mallory.

Although the Mallorys owned the company, they trusted TW Mock to run their company for them and they did not take any sort of an active role in monitoring the health of their own business. in late June I had personally questioned TW why our company was having difficulty installing jobs that we had sold. I noticed a major issue with production and the fact that the company quit paying my salary after raising questions of the integrity and ability of the company. After several efforts and conversations between sales reps, office staff and production, the owners were not interestied in meeting to discuss the issues and welfare of their own company. In fact they had avoided me and other critical members of the company to meeting and discussing the actions of the CEO - TW Mock about his lack of ability to produce the jobs already sold.

There was a serious amount of capital burned with expenses, salaries, frivolous spending, Lavish expensive cars and poor money management. The CEO was also spending tons of company money on his own personal needs and paying himself an exessive amount of salary without regard to anyone elses payroll.

The owners have recently moved out of their office, went into hiding and are avoiding phone calls from all the Homeowners they promised to pay back or promised to roof their homes. I get phone calls on a daily and weekly basis from exisiting clients about how to reach the Mallorys in regards to collecting their money back to get their homes fixed from the storm damage.

I am and will continue to help anyone trying to collect their money from Landmark by proving information amd resources to help in their efforts.

Sadly enough the Mallorys have posted ads on their Facebook page about buying a Gutter machine and trying to hire new sales reps to sell roof jobs. They had an opportunity 2 months ago to get bailed out of this situation and get all the roofs installed by another that stepped up to the plate. And they sadly declined the help saying they wanted to make a profit on those jobs. They excersized all efforts of obtaining Loans from multiple sources and were declined by all sources. It wont suprise me to see them file Bankruptcy any day now if they havent already done so.

YOUR MONEY IS GONE.......looks like the Texas Dept of Insurance Fraud dept will be doing a massive investigation with all the recent reports filed. I am Happy to provide anyone with their home address if needed.
