Landmark Vehicle Leasing , President, Mark Emin Kept my $72K while putting me in default over $22K debt Markham Ontario

It's official, while leasing multiple cars from Landmark, one was seized within months at no fault of mine. Landmark were being sued by Ferrari for the return of the car. Mark Emin the President of Landmark would not apply my $72,000 deposit/credit towards my other Landmark leased vehicles.

What Emin did next would have never been considered by a truly honest businessman. He put me in default over owing $23.000 while he kept my $72,000

Because the leases where separate contracts he was able to squeak by the law!

Now it's my turn to sue Emin's Company for his nasty behaviour in stealing my $72,000.

Landmark customers should note: default with Landmark, you not owe the remaining months on the lease, you also owe the full value of the vehicle on top of that! While Landmark keep the car!

This is North America! Only an unsavoury businessman would put these stacked terms in his lease contract.
